Posture Pole

A very powerful that is great for people who have postural problems.

Repetition is key with this one. A posture pole is best to use. For those that do not have a posture pole, a towel rolled up tightly will suffice.

Key points:

1 set of 5 minutes minimum

Performed on a hard surface

Neck OFF of the towel

***Stop the exercise if you have any of the following***

  • Fainting

  • Dizziness

  • Loss of consciousness

  • Nausea
